"We have partnered with Bill Carr Signs on a number of projects over the years. In the last 3 years, we have used their expertise to help with branch signage and ATM vinyl marketing when we acquired 8 new offices. Most recently, they have helped us with the planning and installation of signage and vinyl wraps for 24+ Interactive Teller Machines (ITM's), window graphics on our Main Office and 3 awesome EMC road signs that allow us to showcase our bank and services. They also have worked with us to change existing signage to LED and install all the vinyl and glass etchings on our front doors and internal offices.

They have proven to be able to deliver a high-quality product while working with us to determine the best way to accomplish our marketing goals. Everyone on the team is professional and a pleasure to work with.

As a community focused business, we also appreciate that Bill Carr Signs is supportive of our local non-profit organizations and our local school fundraising efforts. We seek to partner with companies that share our desire to make our local communities stronger.

    The State Bank

The State Bank has been a part of the Fenton community since 1898. H.B. Latourette, a long-time banker in the area, and four other prominent citizens organized the Commercial Savings Bank of Fenton. They sought to serve the needs of their neighbors and friends, thereby establishing a foundation of trust, a relationship that still exists today.

In 1988, Fentura Financial was created and changed the name of Commercial Savings Bank of Fenton to The State Bank. While our name changed, our dedication to establishing strong customer relationships did not.  On December 31, 2016, Fentura Financial also finalized its acquisition of St. Charles-based Community State Bank.

Today, we also serve the communities of Holly, Linden, Grand Blanc, Brighton, Birch Run, Burt, St. Charles, New Lothrop, Chesaning, Montrose, Thomas Township and Saginaw. The State Bank prides itself on providing the members of these communities with convenient banking services and the highest level of customer service.
