Bill Carr Signs opened in 1919 and was purchased in the 1940's by Philip Elfstrom. “Customer communication and service are vital to the success of any business”. Those are the words of Philip Elfstrom who owned Bill Carr Signs until 1970, when his son Ronald took over. Those words continue to be the motto of Philip’s grandson Jamie, the 3rd generation owner of Bill Carr Signs. Since 1919, your success has been our business. We are celebrating a century of providing custom signs.
