Mike Ellithorpe, General Manager

Experience: While attending Flint Southwestern High School, I worked a part time co-op job with a local printing company. I worked full time at the printing company after graduation until I joined and proudly served in the United States Army from 1968 to 1971. After being discharged from the Army, I worked at a gas station for a short while until I started working for a small sign shop and remained there for two years. I worked at GM Truck plant for over two years and during that time began working for Bill Carr Signs part time. I have been working full-time at Bill Carr Signs since 1975. I have served in many different areas of this great company over the past 35 years. I have been blessed to have learned from one of the best owners and a great friend, Ronald P. Elfstrom. I enjoy coming to work every day and working with a team that cares about the customer and not just about selling them a sign.

Personal Interest: Serving the Lord and being a member of Home Baptist Church in Mt. Morris, Michigan. I love spending time with Renee, my best friend and wonderful wife of 17 years. We enjoy fishing and family time with our (5) children and (7) grandchildren. I also have a passion for golf. My buddy Marvin and I have lots of laughs while we attempt to play a round or two.
